Clukey & Tebault

Born and raised in St. Augustine, FL, Micah always knew he wanted to live and work in his hometown. After moving to New York to attend Fordham University as the placekicker for the Fordham Rams, Micah earned his degree in Finance while also being a four-year letter-winner on the field. When founding Clukey & Tebault in 2018, Micah and his business partner, Tyler, knew they wanted to offer a personalized, concierge tax and accounting experience to businesses of all sizes and individuals of all levels of wealth. “My goal is to be more than just someone you talk to once a year. I get to know each client, their family, and their business. They know if they need me; even if they don’t, I’m here.” Micah prides himself on changing the narrative of traditional CPA firms by focusing on servicing clients at the highest level possible and is driven to ensure his clients achieve their financial and personal objectives. Micah has invested much time throughout his career in community involvement. He proudly serves in leadership roles for many charitable causes, including the Memorial Presbyterian Church Stewardship Committee. He is Treasurer of the Ancient City Soccer Club and sits on the board for the City of St. Augustine Fire Pension. ​Outside of Clukey & Tebault, Micah and his wife, Carly, are raising two sons, Ellis and Kane. Together, they enjoy being active, enjoying the Florida weather, and traveling.

Tyler Tebault is a highly-skilled accounting and finance professional who goes beyond just the numbers and takes a real interest in the people, businesses, and communities he works with. As a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Tyler has the knowledge and skills to assist clients of all sorts with a variety of personal and business accounting needs. Tyler held a leadership position with another CPA firm in Florida prior to becoming a partner in Clukey & Tebault, and maintains a strong professional network. While he manages a wide portfolio of business accounts, Tyler has focused much of his work on the construction and real estate sectors. His knowledge is certainly not limited to these areas but rather he holds specialized understanding of the unique challenges clients in the housing and building markets face. With a deep understanding of both fundamental accounting and advanced business finance, he assists an array of clients both big and small to achieve success. This is at the heart of what he does and why he became an accountant in the first place. Tyler began his journey with a passion for helping others in his community to discover opportunity, stimulate growth, and ultimately reach their business goals. While he has not wavered in his dedication to helping small and medium businesses to grow, he is excited to address the needs of a diverse client base. Tyler holds board seats with Big Brothers Big Sisters of St. John’s, Saint Augustine Youth Services, and the Horseplay Therapy Center. When he is not working or engaging in community involvement activities, Tyler can usually be found fishing, traveling, or spending time with his loved ones.

A native of St. Augustine, Drew spent his college years studying accounting and business at Greensboro College in North Carolina. Post-graduation, Drew moved back to St Augustine and began a career in public accounting while pursuing his CPA licensure. In late 2020 Drew was able to join the team at Clukey and Tebault while having already obtained his CPA license in July of 2019. Drew’s heart for small business and navigating the complexities that come with it through accounting originate from his family owning and operating a small business here in St. Augustine for the past thirty-plus years. Drew lives in St Augustine with his wife Abby and daughter Leah. Abby is the Prevention Supervisor at EPIC Behavioral Healthcare. Most of their time is spent hanging with family and friends or serving alongside the said group at Colonial Church. They enjoy playing soccer together and watching it when time allows. Drew currently serves as the treasurer for the following non-profits: St. Augustine Society (St. Francis House and Port in The Storm), Young Life St Augustine, and Mended Fly Fishing.
