• Proficient in the following tax return prep: 1040, 1041, 1065, 1120 & 1120S

• Assist with year-end tax planning/projections for clients

• Conduct tax research and staying current on tax law changes

• Communication directly with clients on gathering information and providing updates on the status of projects

• Analyze financial data and identify tax-saving opportunities

• Respond to tax notices and assist with correspondence from tax authorities

• Support management/partners with complex tax issues and/or special projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance

• CPA license/eligible for examination preferred

• 2-4 recent experiences in public accounting or corporate tax

• Proficient in tax software (Ultra tax is current internal tax software)

• Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a deadline-driven environment
