How do I get started as a new client?

Fill out the new client questionnaire. That’s it for now. We’ll usually reach out within a day — a little longer during tax season — to set up a time to talk through your situation.
What can I expect from my first meeting?

A conversation (not an interrogation). We’ll ask about your tax situation, financial goals, and anything that’s been on your mind. No obligation, no pressure. Just an honest look at where you are and what we’d recommend.
Do you accept new clients year-round, or only during tax season?

Year-round. And honestly, some of the most valuable planning conversations happen outside of tax season, when there’s time to actually act on anything we find.
What information do I need to provide to have my taxes prepared?

We’ll send you a checklist tailored to your situation so you know exactly what to gather. You don’t need to come in with anything sorted. We’ll walk you through it.

Who is Clukey & Tebault?
A CPA firm based in St. Augustine, serving business owners throughout Northeast Florida and beyond. We take the time to learn your business first, then let everything else — tax strategy, accounting, advisory, and audit work — follow from that.
Where are you located, and do you serve clients outside Saint Augustine?
Our office is in St. Augustine, but we work with clients across Northeast Florida and around the country. If you prefer to handle things remotely, that works for us, too.
How large is the firm?
Small enough that you’ll work with the same people every time. Big enough to handle complex tax strategy, CFO-level advisory, and audit work without handing it off. We get to know your situation before we start making recommendations.
