How do I get started as a new client?

The best first step is to fill out the new client questionnaire here (insert link to page within website). We will then reach out to set up a time to meet, discuss your needs, review any prior returns or financial records you can share, and outline how we can best serve you going forward.

What can I expect from my first meeting?

Your initial consultation is an opportunity for us to understand your tax situation, financial goals, and any concerns you may have. We will ask questions about your income sources, filing history, major life events, and any prior issues with the IRS or state taxing authorities. There is no obligation, and we welcome questions.

Do you accept new clients year-round, or only during tax season?

We accept new clients throughout the year. In fact, many of our most impactful planning conversations happen outside of tax season, when there is time to act on opportunities before year-end.

What information do I need to provide to have my taxes prepared?

We will provide you with an organizer or intake checklist tailored to your situation. Generally, this includes prior-year returns, income documents (W-2s, 1099s, K-1s), records of deductible expenses, and information about any significant transactions during the year. Our team will guide you through exactly what is needed.

Where are you located, and do you serve clients outside Saint Augustine?

Our office is located in St. Augustine, Florida. While our roots are in the St. Augustine community, we serve clients throughout Northeast Florida and throughout the country and work with many clients entirely remotely when that is their preference.

How large is the firm?

We are a mid-sized CPA firm with a team of experienced professionals across tax, accounting, and client services. You will work with a consistent team who knows your situation.
